BOX Gallery is available for $1000 per month or
$600 per fortnight (This includes time for install and de-install - days to be discussed)
A one week non-refundable deposit is due on acceptance of offer to exhibit at BOX. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to the installation date of the exhibition.
Gallery hours are:
Wednesday to Sunday 12-4pm
Sandbox staff will be available to sit the gallery Wednesday to Friday.
Exhibitors are responsible for sitting the gallery on Saturdays and Sundays.
20% commission will be taken on sales of artwork.
This helps pay for things like eftpos fees, promotion of exhibition on social media and to our mailing list, sitting the gallery during the week.
Opening events will be held on a Friday or Saturday late afternoon/evening (date to be discussed)
Sandbox will provide refreshments for opening night and will be distributed to visitors for a donation.
Exhibitors are responsible for providing cold foods for the opening event.
Sandbox will use social media to promote the exhibition.
The exhibitors will also be expected to promote the exhibition.
Sandbox can provide 250 designed colour printed flyers at A6 size on 250gsm gloss paper for $150 plus gst (price as at Aug 2019)
Installation and any required fixtures are the responsibility of the exhibitors.
The Gallery must be returned to it's original state after de-installation of the exhibtion.
We highly recommend exhibitors purchase insurance for the span of your exhibition as Sandbox Studios Australia will not be held responsible for any damage to or theft of any artwork.
Sandbox Studios reserve the right to publish images of your artwork for the purpose of marketing of the exhibition and studios/gallery.
